Location: IT Applications / Systems

Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay: $26.00 to $34.00/hour, depending on experience.

The experience you need to succeed:

• Three years to five years similar or related experience in technical fields.
• Must have High School diploma or equivalent G.E.D. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of operating systems; operation of business. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.
• Basic programming skills.

What you’ll do:

• Implements computer system requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing, and testing standards and solutions.
• Support of Credit Union systems, including email, commercial and real estate lending systems, archival, and communication systems.
• Development and support for internal and external Credit Union websites as needed.
• Work with server admins and networking admins to resolve issues as needed.
• Interact with all levels of team members to understand information requirements and provide solutions.
• Validates results by testing systems and applications.
• Ensures operation by training end users and providing tier 3 support.
• Works with vendors to achieve support issues and enhancements
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Defines application problem by conferring with clients, evaluating procedures and processes
• Provide reference by documenting work provided in ticketing systems and writing procedures for knowledge base.
