Our world-class team in Lexington, Ohio is seeking a passionate and highly motivated IT Support Specialist.
As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll be:
Working with IT’s internal business customers, IT department colleagues, and partners; evaluate business processes and supporting systems, anticipating requirements, uncovering improvement opportunities, and developing, then implementing rectifying solutions.
In Addition to:
- Member of our support services team responsible for troubleshooting end-user workstations and related hardware and related software (scan guns, label printers, laptops, tables, etc)
- Diagnose complex hardware and software problems and implement corrective solutions
- Take active role in IT documentation as it relates to the support team
- Active role in our imaging process and equipment deployment
- Assist in managing system changes and rollouts as it affects the end user
- Work with contracted third-party IT vendors that provide equipment and end-user support
- Work with 3rd party IT vendors and offer support to other team members
- Prompt response to system outages or service problems

A strong IT Support Specialist will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or 2 years direct IT experience
- Understanding of and experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory & Domain architecture
- Hands on experience with Windows operating system and Microsoft suite (Apple products experience a plus)
- Experience with manufacturing processes and environments preferred
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Flexible and able to embrace change
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to travel 5-10% of the time to support job responsibilities.
