Job Title: APM Support Engineer (2 open positions)

Location: Remote Duration: 6 months with possible extensions

Project Scope * Dynatrace Platform Certification is REQUIRED * Delivers solutions that include best practices, customer goals and priorities. * Testing and deployment strategy * Engages with executive stakeholders to drive successful project and program outcomes, Works interactively with all project staff, both internal and client * Helps develop and enable champions and important stakeholders within the customer project team, extended team, and executive leadership. * Effectively facilitates advanced workshops and meetings to ensure all attendees are engaged and stated objectives are met * Demonstrates expert knowledge and awareness of the Dynatrace software, other APM products technology and WWT delivery methodology * Skills in technical areas which support the deployment and integration of Dynatrace based solutions, including Advanced OS, DB, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud Architectures * Proven experience in project Intervention (Triage/Rescue) working with Sales, support, and other teams to remediate and manage client issues * Experience with current SLDC practices including Agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD strategies * Actively keeps abreast of latest trends and best practice in enterprise software sector and the ability to talk authoritatively with customers * Has advanced written and verbal communication skills at all levels of project team engagement * Engages in strategic thinking and planning for solution design Required Skills * Demonstrates expert knowledge and awareness of APM products delivery: Dynatrace specifically * Skills in technical areas which support the deployment and integration of Dynatrace based solutions, including Advanced OS, DB, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud Architectures * Experience with current SLDC practices including Agile practices, DevOps, and CI/CD strategies * Actively keeps abreast of latest trends and best practice in enterprise software sector and the ability to talk authoritatively with customers * Has advanced written and verbal communication skills at all levels of project team engagement * Prioritizes and manages time to deliver on commitments * Bachelor's degree or higher * Advanced MS Office and any other relevant tools * Maintains knowledge of PSA system timesheets and Expenses modules * 3+ years of relevant technical IT experience which includes: * 2+ years application performance management or development * 2+ years deploying enterprise management software solutions * 2+ years deployments across multiple environments (Dev, UAT & PROD) for full project life cycle * The following knowledge skills and attributes are preferred: * Working multiple programming languages and technologies * Dynatrace Platform Certification is REQUIRED * AppDynamics Certifications – nice to have * New Relic Certifications – nice to have

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
