What will your day look like? As an IT Project Manager, you will:

• Join a strong project support team to help bring about a timely and successful integration of two entities into one, a merger, work cross-functionally to provide leadership and support

• Help to develop requirements, update project documentation, escalate risks and issues, prepare status reports and presentations, and remain timely and clear in all communications

• Manage complex and overlapping timelines across related bodies of work and sub teams; work in a dynamic environment and interface with a variety of stakeholders, in person and virtually

• Be responsible for the management, planning, and implementation of projects as assigned

You will be a good fit for the IT Project Manager role if you have:

• 3 plus years of project management experience

• Experience with moderately complex IT product/software development cycles/projects

• Strong organizational and analytical skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to recognize and navigate areas of confusion, contention, and misunderstanding among group members

• Confidence leading facilitated sessions that include senior team members and subject matter experts

Technology Requirements for IT PM:

• Project Management certifications preferred PMP, CAPM, CSM

• Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, TeamDynamix

• Previous experience in higher education a plus
