Career Opportunity: ISO & Compliance Engineer with WST in Covington, KY

As the ISO & Compliance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our company's technical compliance capabilities according to local, national, and international standards. Our products and processes must be certified with strong attention to detail.

Other responsibilities include:

• Manage compliance with certifications such as ISO-9001, IEC 80079-34.
• Oversee compliance with all international certifications.
• Ensure site readiness for external and internal audits and inspections. Support and participate in all audits and inspections as appropriate.
• Oversee final product assembly process, revision tracking, and traceability.
• Assemble reports to document process status and cha
• Communicate findings and proposals to upper management.
• Provide thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
• Contribute to department efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will be a trustworthy professional with solid technical knowledge and understanding of product/process design.

Other requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline, OR manufacturing technician/manager experience
• Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a compliance engineer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Versatility, flexibility, collaborative attitude towards work environment
• Strong skills with MS Office, ERP systems, and other IT solutions
