Job Title: Irrigation Technician
Job Description:
We are searching for a responsible, self-starter to join our Landscape Irrigation team. This is a seasonal position (April through November) working almost entirely outdoors. The Technician’s responsibilities include installing, maintaining and servicing energy-efficient irrigation systems. You should be self-motivated and experienced with how irrigation systems operate. Superior's goal is to save 10 million gallons of water this year through smart technology.

Daily Expectations:
- Manage jobsite effectively and efficiently
- Communicate well with clients
- Maintain a clean and safe job
- Experience working in construction, landscape or electrical
- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid Minnesota drivers’ license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, as required
- Must have a strong sense of pride and integrity in final work product
- Must be detailed oriented and respect customers' properties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED minimum preferred
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in irrigation
- Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous
- Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions
- Bilingual language highly encouraged
- Follow company core values
- 3+ years preferred experience
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail while working in fun & fast paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Ability to communicate with customer for sale of additional lighting, irrigation & audio products
