Financial Analyst

Long term Contract
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: help resolve AP related issues (manual invoice processing; resolve utility shut-off issues; OneCard and Expense Report assistance; etc)
- Monthly Close and Forecast: maintain Trend Files for various expense accounts; analyze transactions for accuracy; variance analysis; update and load forecast
Skills and experience:
- Background/Education: Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
- Degree / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with at least 3+ years related experience
- Excel: intermediate+ level experience; prior regular usage.
- Essbase/Smartview: this is an Excel add-in that allows us to interact with Oracle database (upload and download data); experience not required, but is a plus
- Accounting/Finance Skills: Journal Entries; General Ledger; Analysis (transactions / variance / trending / etc.)
- Good communication skills; team oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
