Inventory Control/Data Entry Job at Direct Roots LLC
Opportunity to join the fast pace, fast growing team at Direct Roots. Ideal candidates are eager and willing to learn, have excellent communication and analytical skills. This position requires the upkeep of accurate daily transactional activities in AXAPTA to reflect correct physical inventory. The individual will need to have excellent communication with the teams from US and Mexico. Bilingual is a plus. Desire to want to learn and grow with us!
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Responsible for daily inventory accuracy
- Making system inventory adjustments to reflect physical inventory
- Publish aging report and allocate inventory to orders according to sales direction
- Accurately receive incoming goods in the AXAPTA system
- Accurately ship items as per orders requirements and sales directions.
- Maintain and update the KipTraq report
Qualifications
- Strong computer fluency e.g. windows, excel, word, power point, AXAPTA etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Spanish
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, day shift or night shift.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
