Qualifications:
· Minimum of an approved Bachelor’s degree or higher in the following: Child/Human Development, Education, Early Childhood, Special Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, or Sociology.
· Minimum 1-year experience working with children ages 0 – 5 years.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provision of Early Intervention Family Training and Service Coordination services to children and families.
· Documentation of service delivery per DHHS/DDSN and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
· Client record management/maintenance.
