We are looking for a communications professional and self-proclaimed word nerd who can spin a story like no other. Your story telling capabilities will be put to great use in internal facing daily/weekly articles about company news, people stories, announcements, and much more. You will also use your keen design eye to assist in web design, email newsletters, digital signage, and other projects where aesthetics are key! Content is king, so you will be our content manager for our intranet as well.

You will work with and report directly to our Internal Communications Manager and be part of the larger communications function.

Responsibilities :
Craft well-written, researched, clear and impactful communications aligned with company internal brand and marketing platforms on several topics including company initiatives and events, employee spotlights, and more.

Work with and support the Internal Communications team in developing email newsletters, coordinating photo and video projects, putting on special events, and executing internal communication strategies.

Work with various teams and business units throughout the organization to thoughtfully plan and execute email marketing campaigns for various internal programs and initiatives using Salesforce email platform

Support the approval and publication of materials for the corporate intranet. Assist content owners throughout the company by providing consultation on design and layout of their content, as needed.

Leverage technologies, such as video and social media platforms, to deliver relevant, engaging content to employee groups.

Develop strong working relationships to attain a good understanding of the business, glean key priorities and identify communication gaps that need to be addressed.

Required Job Qualifications:
2-5 years of communications experience, preferably in Corporate Communications.

Bachelor's degree in a communications field (journalism, communications, English) or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, concisely, and creatively.

Proficient in AP style.

Must be able to write for multiple audiences and design effective, engaging communications.

Strong interviewing skills with the ability to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization.

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight and often multiple deadlines.

Experience in working with many stakeholders to get content reviewed and approved in a timely, efficient, and effective manner, effectively balancing differing needs and navigating opposing opinions.

Skilled in conceptualizing and helping execute communication plans for various campaigns or initiatives.

Experience with content management platforms and basic web design/HTML

Advanced proficiency in email marketing or marketing automation platforms (IE: Salesforce)

Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.

Proficient in Google Analytics or equivalent.

Must show portfolio of articles, marketing and design materials, and communications plans.

The base pay rate for this position is between $32.84 - $41.06 - $53.41

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted provides a basis to determine the appropriate offer dependent upon several factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skills, education and pay equity. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
