Our Marketing Communications department creates integrated programs designed to raise R/GA's profile on a global scale. Our tactics promote and enhance our reputation amongst current and prospective clients as well as talent and agency partners. The team works with our executive and senior leadership team to lead marketing and communications strategies for the agency, and plays an active role in how we evolve our PR and marketing practices.
At R/GA, the Manager, Internal Communications, will help activate R/GA's internal communications strategy to create and foster a positive, globally cohesive, and authentic employee experience. The Internal Communications team works to influence retention and enhance internal corporate sentiment, ultimately impacting R/GA growth.
Reporting to the Director, Company and Executive Communications, you will support the development of employee communications initiatives and campaigns, inclusive of written content, internal feature stories, diversity programs, executive communications, and more. Additionally, you will support communications for R/GA's new company model. You will also support external communications as needed.
This role will partner closely with stakeholders across global internal Talent, Learning, Operations, and Communications teams; as well as R/GA Practice, Craft, Client and Executive Leadership teams.

On any given day you might
- Craft informative, engaging and inspiring communications for internal R/GA updates, initiatives and events. Support internal executive communications as needed.
- Lead the development of the R/GA's internal company newsletter and other internal content needs.
- Maintain R/GA's internal digital platforms, including Network and Hub sites.
- Maintain R/GA's internal communications calendar and support leading company communications council
- Support production for internal Town Halls - global (All R/GA), regional (US) and practice-level - and other in-person / virtual R/GA events (EDI events, learning sessions, culture events and more)
- Lead asset collection for content published across various internal channels
- Maintain visibility across R/GA Slack channels and respond to questions/comments posted as needed.
- Develop engaging employee-focused marketing campaigns to support various HR, community engagement, volunteering, health, and wellness initiatives, and translate campaign materials and results into relevant and compelling content

You bring
- Granular attention to detail, grammar, and syntax
- Be able to work East Coast timezone
- 3-5 years of experience with internal communications
- Former marketing & communications experience with a preference for internal comms within the advertising industry
- Experience and confidence liaising with C-level executives
- Production sensibilities, strong sense of urgency and time management.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, creative concept development, and personal skills
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Alabama, Hawaii, Indiana, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
The hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's applicable skills, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
