We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Fraud Detection/Surveillance to join our Fraud Detection/Surveillance team. This role is located in Wilmington, DE
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Research customer dispute claims by reviewing card transactions, account records, and information provided by merchants.
- Communicating with customer and merchants by phone/email to get the necessary information needed to resolve/decision dispute claims.
- Processing chargebacks. Process credits and reversals based on the outcome of the dispute claim. Making sure all claims are processed withing REG E timeframes.
- Create and maintain case files with all the necessary documentation of dispute claims worked and processed.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High School/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of total work preferred. Experience in criminal justice preferred .
- Knowledge of Visa Online, FDR, STAR, and First Disputes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). The ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
