Interior Design Assistant - Window Treatments Job at Two Blind Guys
Two Blind Guys is a leader in the St. Louis Window Treatment industry in the St. Louis, MO Area. We specialize in custom window treatments: blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery. Our company is looking for a full-time design assistant to work directly with our design team.
As a design assistant, you will:
- Communicate daily with customers on the phone, through email, and through our texting/web chat platforms
- Assist with scheduling design consultations at the showrooms
- Engage daily with the design consultant team to identify daily objectives
- Greet customers in the showroom and assist with the pre-planning process of discussing their window treatment project
- Assist the sales team in-showroom in to help identify the right product to match the customer’s personal style, functional needs, and budget
- Various office duties including filing paperwork, organizing samples, returning phone calls, checking in swatches and samples
Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in the home related industry
- High school diploma required
- Bachelors degree preferred

Our team works directly in both residential and small commercial spaces to help outfit their windows with window treatments that are beautiful and functional. Two Blind Guys is an exclusive Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Dealer.
