The Agency Retention Agent’s primary job responsibility is to improve the survival rate of both the Agency’s new and renewal book of business. This is primarily achieved by making outbound calls to insureds whose policies are pending cancellation due to a missed payment or are already cancelled but still eligible for reinstatement.

Duties include:

➢ Taking payments on insurance policies pending cancellation, taking payments on and reinstating cancelled policies, and obtaining authorization for automatic payment enrollment or payment reminders via text or email

➢ Conducting policy reviews on auto, homeowners, and commercial policies as requested

➢ Answering insured questions and completing amendment orders as requested

We are seeking individuals that thrive in a structured and goal-oriented environment where performance and compensation is tied to productivity, service quality and retention results.

Candidate qualifications include:

➢ An active insurance license

➢ Auto & Home Trained minimum

➢ Meeting and/or exceeding referral and performance goals consistently

➢ Communicating effectively to insured members and ability to overcome objections

➢ Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals

➢ Provide excellent customer service to maintain insurance business retention

➢ Be self-motivated and fully committed to building Members for Life

The Agency Retention Agent position is based in either LAHQ or Coppell, Texas and is not a work from home position. No weekends required!
