Insurance & Financial Services Sales Representative – Kiedinger Allstate

Our Agency is growing! Kiedinger Allstate Agency is seeking a Colorado Licensed Sales Producers (LSP) that is looking for a career at a local agency with a nationally recognized brand. Working closely with the agent-owner, the Representative will learn and master the sales process, eventually moving on to an independent role. The position is flexible, 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. We are a family owned and operated business. Bilingual and P&C Licensed candidates are preferred.

Job Duties:
- Meet New business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
Skills Required:
- Competitive, Hard-working, Positive, Goal-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to achieve.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Property and Casualty license in the state of Colorado OR the ability and willingness to obtain.
- Life and Health license within the first three-months of employment.
- College degree preferred.
- 1+ year of sales experience.
*This is a salary plus commission position after the first 90 days. During the 90-day training period, Representatives will be paid an introductory wage with performance incentives.
