Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent (English and Spanish language required)

Pay: Here at Lopez Auto Insurance, competitive hourly rates of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (depending on experience) + limitless monthly commissions/bonuses (agents get an average of $3-5 extra per hour), benefits, and training offers.

About the Role: We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent who will offer outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties in this role, including:

• Assist with daily call volume (service level takes priority)
• Professionally and respectfully, respond to customer inquiries with accurate resolutions.
• Ensure that the needs of the customer are met at all times (phone, email, written correspondence, etc.)
• Meet the criteria for quality assurance and other important performance indicators
• All other duties as assigned

About You: The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for the company, responsible for making an excellent first impression, and will have the following skills/experience:

• Must be bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Must have at least one year of insurance sales experience
• Understanding of the principles and practices of customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as a general working knowledge of the Internet for business purposes. Knowledge of new computer systems
• Schedule Adaptability
• Capability to handle and resolve escalated issues professionally
• By our company's values, perform in your role and achieve your goals by performing in sales and creating satisfied customers.
• A Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License is not required, but it is preferred.
