Gosline Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for its team in Rockport, Maine. The candidate is responsible for retaining clients through servicing and management of client relationships both internally and externally. Work together with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Applicant is responsible for the day-to-day account management of an assigned book of business. Which will include processing policies/endorsements, quoting, invoicing, claims reporting, and handling calls/walk-ins for clients.
• Applicant will work to build successful relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors and carriers.
• Assist in the renewal process for all assigned and prospective clients, handling renewal applications, renewal marketing, account rounding, reviewing the renewal pricing.
• Assist in growing the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.
• Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the agency management system
• Applicant will learn Commercial lines and assist with processing, quoting, data entry, submissions with Commercial Account Manager.
• Follow agency guidelines, policies and procedures;
• Promote teamwork, support, knowledge sharing and a positive attitude in the office.
• Participate in training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, legislation, coverages, and technology including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
• Applicant must be able to complete routine tasks and have strong organizational skills and be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
