Position Description
The Instructional Designer for the client will support creation and development of training courses for the client. Primary job responsibilities include:
- Design and development of training materials and all documents associated with training curriculum
- Building of training content utilizing Instructional System Design (ISD)
- Utilization and implementation of Performance-Based Training (PBT)
- Consulting on best practices and approach in regards to development of online training: WebEx videos, Flash files, other technologies
Must-Haves
- 6-10 years of experience
- Expert level experience with Microsoft products (including PowerPoint)
- Strong communicator and consultant
- Business and information technology experience
- Strong practical experience with ISD Methodology (Instructional System Design)
- Experience with Performance-based training
- Strong hands-on experience with instructional design principles
- Competencies: Technical, Creative, Innovative, Self-Starting, Sense of Urgency, Team Player
