• Model and teach habits that help students grow in wisdom, compassion, and maturity
• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment to help students develop a lifelong love of learning
• Ensure students thrive as they develop strong relationships with their peers, teachers, and the world
• Know and learn each student and family to promote their continued growth and development
• Facilitate student engagement with ideas and develop principled, critical thinking
• Participate in meaningful, ongoing professional learning with all other staff
• Ability to be coached and/or mentored by dedicated educators and partners
