Responsibilities:
- Respectfully takes direction from project leaders and/or project managers
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation
- Must regularly be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Properly measures for new windows and glass including proper framing/visual components to ensure the glass is sealed properly
- Maintains a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle, promptly reporting any maintenance needs or mechanical problems
- Deadline and very detail oriented; there are many jobs that go on daily and it is crucial everything is done according to the installation time schedule
- Able to read and understand blueprints/construction documents and perform necessary tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction; at least 6 months related experience/training
- Ability to measure accurately and use tape measures and levels
- Experience using power tools such as drills and saws
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in the United States
