EuroTech Windows & Doors is seeking detail-oriented window installers to join our team. No previous experience is required, but preferred, as we will provide comprehensive training. This is an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive punctually at the warehouse or job site, fully prepared for the day's work.
• Assist with the transfer of products from the warehouse to job sites.
• Unload and store products efficiently and maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
• Install windows, screens, and doors, ensuring all hardware is properly adjusted.
• Maintain a clean job site by removing all debris and materials used during the installation process.
• Follow work order forms to ensure accurate material tracking.
• Work safely and adhere to all safety protocols to prevent any damage to products, installation sites, and colleagues.
• Maintain effective communication with the Main Installation Coordinator, Project Salesman, and management regarding any issues or damages encountered during the installation process.
• Properly use, maintain, and store company-provided tools and equipment, including power tools, ladders, and hand tools.
• Comply with all safety requirements, wear appropriate work attire, and promptly report any safety concerns to the crew leader.
• Ensure accuracy of work orders and perform necessary preparation work to complete installations to industry standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver high-quality service to our valued customers.

Physical Demands:

This position requires regular standing, walking, and the use of hands. The job involves various positions, including standing, crouching, and kneeling. Additionally, some tasks may require working at heights of 1-2 stories above the ground. The ability to lift up to 100 lbs is necessary, with assistance from colleagues and proper safety equipment for lifting over 100 lbs. Time commitment may vary depending on seasonality.

Work Environment:

You will work in a range of environments, including our company warehouse and customer job sites. The temperature will vary with the seasons, and moderate to loud noise levels can be expected due to power tools and mechanical equipment.
