WHAT YOU WANT

This W2 employee entry-level apprenticeship position earns a competitive starting wage during training, based on experience and performance. Regular raises are dependent on testing and performance; within the first year of employment, pay will increase plus bonuses.

WHAT WE WANT

Unimpeachable character and integrity, strong work ethic, good personality and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, personal accountability, general technological fluency, and eagerness to learn are required. Fluency in English and legal eligibility to work in the US are required.

Previous customer service experience and strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred. Technical skills, sales, and/or teaching/educational experience are a bonus but not required.

Must be comfortable climbing on ladders, working on roofs, working in hot summers and cold winters, and talking with customers. Driver’s license and clean driving record required. Must be able to pass background check and routine drug screenings.
