Information Technology Manager Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience with some employer diversity within HOSPITALITY
  • Must have experience in a multi-unit Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and/or Retail organization
  • Strong organizational leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to troubleshoot common Network errors/issues
  • Possess a supportive attitude and great work ethic that sets the tone for everyone around you.

Information Technology Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and administer the POS System and Applications, along with all in-restaurant technologies such as scheduling, inventory, & ordering
  • Manage the day-to-day programming and system upgrades
  • Manage installation team and processes
  • Travel to locations to ensure the completion of all installations in a timely manner
  • Identify and present solutions to issues with restaurant systems
  • Provide ongoing support and training for operations teams
