Job Description Summary: The Information’s Technology Engineer will be responsible for designing hardware configurations, installing software, managing network systems, and training staff on correct operating procedures. You will work closely with Controls Engineers and IT staff to provide operational support for existing industrial networks and industrial assets used for plant operations. This work will include support of existing solutions, upgrade of existing solutions, and supporting the implementation of new solutions such as antivirus, backup and restore, patch management, asset and configuration management, network monitoring, network management, plant historians, Open Process Communication (OPC), plant & equipment monitoring solutions, and plant callout systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with computer systems concepts, including computer networking, operating systems, network security, system administration, database management, and software programming
• Experience managing internal customer expectations
• Experience analyzing technical problems, evaluating alternatives and identifying the optimum solution

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience with air separation plants, CO2 plants, and vacuum swing adsorption units and systems technologies.
• 10+ years of experience with computer systems concepts, including computer networking, operating systems, network security, system administration, database management, server management and software programming preferred
• Working with Operational Technology systems such as PLC/DCS, networking equipment preferred but not necessary
• Knowledgeable in Allen Bradley, Delta V, Modicon, Wonderware, Siemens, OSISoft preferred but not required
