Industrial Sales Associate
Holland Manufacturing Company is in search for industrial sales associate to join our team. Holland manufactures an extensive product line including water activated tapes, industrial packaging materials, building products, and numerous other custom applications. Fueled by the growth of ecommerce packaging and the need for environmentally friendly paper-based packaging, Holland has expanded significantly and is looking to continue add to its sales team. Established in 1958, Holland operates three manufacturing facilities in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and South Carolina.
The Position
This position will be based in our Succasunna, New Jersey location and will require candidates to be stationed in the office. This position will be responsible for the following:
- Daily correspondence with customers – quoting new opportunities, answering inquires.
- Analyzing account performance – keeping proper track of gains/losses of business.
- Cultivate effective business relationships with key account contacts
- Gain full knowledge of Holland’s product line and be able to communication technical information to customers.
- Work closely with our customer service team.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience and have either a business degree or related professional qualifications. Experience in account management and fluency with the sales process are desired but, not required.
Candidates must have excellent written, verbal and math skills, including strong computer skills. Candidates must be proactive thinkers, possess a positive “can do” attitude, be innovative and dedicated in their approach with external customers as well as with our internal team. Candidates must have the ability to work well within a team, displaying leadership skills and can adapt quickly to everyday challenges and stress.
Salary based on experience
