Position Overview
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming sales inquiries from potential customers who are interested in our mosquito and/or pest control services. You will be the first point of contact for many of our potential new clients, responding to them quickly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. Eventually, by utilizing your exceptional sales skills and the product knowledge we will give you, you will guide and educate customers on the benefits of our services, ultimately closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Initial Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat from potential customers interested in mosquito and/or pest control services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop sales strategies and share best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
As you spend more time with us and master our software and product knowledge, you will have further responsibilities:
- Engage and build rapport with customers, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of our mosquito control services to potential customers.
- Close sales by confidently addressing objections, negotiating pricing when necessary, and securing commitments from customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our products to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Familiarity with using sales tools to manage customer interactions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently or in a team environment.
- Previous experience in inbound sales is required, preferably in a related field.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
- Ability to effectively present information and influence customers in a confident and persuasive manner.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
