ICG Loan Ops Reporting & Analysis- SVP / Getzville, NY Job at Citi
The ICG Loan Operations Reporting & Analysis SVP is responsible for managing a wide range of matters on behalf of the organization and overseeing all of its reporting. They act as the liaison between the organization and other internal and external businesses both within and outside of ICG Operations. The Reporting & Analysis SVP will work in close coordination with the Head of ICG Loan Ops Business Office to build a comprehensive full suite reporting platform that provides senior leadership with insight and visibility into all servicing events, financial management, resourcing, and governance activities within the ICG Loan Operations organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive reporting and quality improvements through innovative thinking and partnership with internal teams
- Manage financial control by applying a comprehensive understanding of the department Profit & Loss (P&L), including appropriate accruals, client allocations, the impact of capitalization, recovery and fixed price contracts in order to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Provide oversight of the Business Critical Milestone Reporting process and other reporting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and accuracy
- Create and maintain comprehensive and interactive dashboards in Tableau
- Ensure reporting on headcount is accurate and onboarding and termination of resources are managed efficiently
- Design and develop monthly executive presentations for global metrics review sessions with all regional and global leadership
- Explain KPIs loan operation metrics in a clear and concise manner to executive leadership within the organization via Tableau dashboards or PPT presentations
- Produce analysis that assesses the weekly and monthly change in servicing event related metrics
- Identify, communicate, and support resolution of issues, then create and maintain a controlled follow up and tracking approach for all open items
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in financial services
- Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology, including Profit & Loss (P&L), accruals, client allocations, capitalization, recovery and fixed price contracts
- Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel and Power Point presentation is required
- Communications, operations or marketing experience preferred
- Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree required
- Master's (MBA, Finance, Marketing, Economics) degree preferred
