HVAC Service Technician Job at Swampscott Refrigeration, Inc.
Immediate openings for Experienced HVAC Technicians with primary focus being on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, knowledge of refrigeration is a plus. We are also in search of Apprentice type help and/or a General Laborer. Willing to train the right candidate.
We are a well established small company North of Boston with our primary service area being Essex County. We stay within our established service area, keeping our staff close to home and providing our customers with prompt and attentive service.
We install and service a range of equipment; Gas Furnaces, Central A/C and Heat Pumps, Ductless Mini-Splits and Roof-top units, Light Commercial Refrigeration.
Candidate should have the ability to troubleshoot, perform maintenance and provide a high level of customer service while out in the field.
Job Requirements:
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills are key at being successful
Able to work well on a team as well as independently
3+ years’ experience in HVAC service and repair
Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
Able to lift in excess of 50 lbs daily
Some weekends required (on-call rotation with additional compensation)
Required licenses or certifications:
- EPA Certification
- Driver's License
- Clean driving record
