REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong decision-making abilities, verbal, and written communication skills
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Basic understanding of technical devices (smart phone, tablet, iPad, etc.)
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Building & maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers
• Receive all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm, and load them into company vehicle
• Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
• Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
• Assisting with Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Assist with cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements
