HR Specialist
Hours: M- F 8am – 5pm
Pay: $21-26 DOE
JFC is partnering with a company in Manheim to add an HR Specialist to their team. This is a long-term contract role with the potential to be hired permanently.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR Department with a variety of tasks
- Conducting phone screenings
- Handling FMLA and LOA paperwork
- Complete benefit administration paperwork
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of handling FMLA and STD claims
- Proficient in Excel
- Being able to work independently
