Human Resources Representative Job purpose
Responsible for support HR leadership in processing payroll and responding to employee requests. This role will ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems as well as providing reports to leadership.
HR Rep Duties and responsibilities
1. Support HR leadership in processing payroll
2. Ensure HR files & HR Systems are maintained with current and accurate information
3. Oversee HR new hire and termination documentation process, ensuring all necessary documents are filed
4. Respond to and resolve employee benefit and compensation inquiries in a timely manner
5. Aggregate data to provide relevant reports
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Highly confidential
- Strong attention to detail
- Negotiation skills
- Balance of business acumen, high emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable and adept at interpreting and adhering to labor laws and regulations at both the state and federal level
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
