What You’ll Do:
- Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary employees; assists with new-employee orientations; onboarding and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommend needed changes
- Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Human Resources or related field
- Equivalent work experience would be considered
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or similar position
- Experience leading a team and collaborating with operations
- Experience with recruitment of a seasonal workforce a major plus
- Experience and knowledge with applying state and federal laws associated with Human Resources
- Solid knowledge of all labor laws
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Unwavering integrity and confidentiality with employee and company information
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Compensation: $80,000/year
Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
