*Summary*
Assists and implements in the administration, processing, and monitoring relating to Teammate Resources activity by performing the following duties.
**
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Processes all pre hire paperwork and testing for prospective teammates
Conduct and manage new teammate orientation.
Update and maintain personnel files and the HRIS database.
Updates job descriptions.
Ensuring company policies and procedures are understood and implemented.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Supports leadership with the terminations process.
Creates and maintains filing systems.
Monitors document retention and destruction process.
Provides data to Corporate Marketing for annual service awards, reviews monthly newsletter, and assists with location events.
Verifies employment and previous employment for potential employers, mortgage lenders, etc.
Manages compliance for expirations.
Conducts audits for emergency contacts, beneficiaries, etc.
Compiles and runs reports as needed.
Collects and monitors mileage deductions program for payroll.
Enters new or changes in child support, garnishments, levies, and bankruptcy deductions.
Assists the Talent Acquisition team with new hire check in’s and exit interviews when needed.
Provide related documentation for terminated teammates.
Compiles data from personnel records and prepares requested statistics for Management and for government reporting.
Assists in gathering information related to Workers Compensation claims and submits to Corporate Teammate Resources in a timely manner.
Reviews transfers or promotions to assist in determining necessary changes.
Downloads payroll reports and save to shared folder.
Acts as backup for bi-weekly payroll change sheet and payroll approval process.
Assist with reviewing and approve corrective actions, 90-day reviews, and positive observations.
Assist with reviewing and approve teammate changes in the HRIS which include enrollment or changes in benefits, direct deposits, and the new hire wizard.
Travels to other locations as needed.
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver License, Automobile insurance - 100/300/50 minimum limits of liability
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
