  • Recruit/interview/screen applicants and coordinate interviews with managers for open positions
  • Provide HR Orientation for new team members
  • Prepare and process payroll
  • Process HR A/P invoices
  • Handle FMLA requests including tracking FMLA status
  • Complete quarterly Worksite Reports
  • Process 401(k) Loan Requests
  • Process all benefit enrollments and changes along with open enrollment
  • Assist team members with benefit and HR-related questions
  • Compilation of data and maintenance of records for Affirmative Action Reporting and Affordable Care Act
  • Maintain Human Resources records
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data and trends
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws including DOL Wage and Hour
  • Maintain department inventory and supply orders
  • Maintain Employee Referral Program and Employee Anniversary recognitions
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned
