- Recruit/interview/screen applicants and coordinate interviews with managers for open positions
- Provide HR Orientation for new team members
- Prepare and process payroll
- Process HR A/P invoices
- Handle FMLA requests including tracking FMLA status
- Complete quarterly Worksite Reports
- Process 401(k) Loan Requests
- Process all benefit enrollments and changes along with open enrollment
- Assist team members with benefit and HR-related questions
- Compilation of data and maintenance of records for Affirmative Action Reporting and Affordable Care Act
- Maintain Human Resources records
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data and trends
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws including DOL Wage and Hour
- Maintain department inventory and supply orders
- Maintain Employee Referral Program and Employee Anniversary recognitions
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
