Client offers relocation assistance for employee to live within commuting distance of Elkhart.

Compensation DOE: up to $85K plus relocation assistance

Great opportunity with a robust manufacturing operation with several facilities (non-RV) for a consumer goods manufacturer with 700 plus employees and approx. $600 million in revenues. This highly regarded organization is looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to their team.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Generalist will be part of a team of 6 which support all areas within HR for about 700 employees. Position will include full life cycle recruiting for professional level roles, support HR policies, safety, orientation, training, investigations, and employee relations. A heavier focus initially will be on recruiting for professional level roles.

Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:

• BS degree with 3+ years of HR Generalist experience or 7+ years' experience
• Strong recruiting experience staffing professional level roles required
• Prior experience with HR software (ADP Workforce Now a plus)
• Strong MS office skills
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and in group settings.
