Hermann Service’s Inc. has an immediate position available for a Human Resource Manager. This position will be located in South Brunswick, New Jersey.

Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager will manage the entire HR process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection and hiring process
• Oversee the planning of employee payroll, health and benefit programs
• Manage the weekly payroll process
• Facilitate and monitor the implementation of standardized human resource processes
• Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain op talent
• Manage our payroll and benefits providers to design, integrate and implement human resources software systems for better efficiency
• Manage the annual performance evaluation process

Experience Required:

• Hands on, self-starting, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high-volume environment.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Successful in dealing with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to exhibit poise, composure and confidence when confronting stressful or high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of proper HR standards and best practices.
• 7-10 years’ experience including at least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
