Coordinator, HR, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, North America
The HR Coordinator (HRC) provides support in all the functional areas of Human Resources. The HRC will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all employee-related paperwork, the onboarding and exit processes as well as overall team support. The HRC will assist the team with various special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities (85%)
Onboarding/New Hires
- Execute a client-centric onboarding process for all new hires and the hiring manager
- Ensure all the necessary communications are launched in order to facilitate the new hire onboarding process
- Respect lead times to process requests (limit the number of “quick-turnarounds” or exceptions)
- Place all new hire IT requests according to specifics for each job and location; coordinate receipt of hardware (i.e. laptop/iphone, etc) with hiring manager and new hire
- Execute new hire set up in Ultipro/ADP/Talent Connect and any other system as directed
- Complete all critical documents/forms, on time and accurately
- Ensure all policies and practices are always followed, report any deviation to HR colleagues/senior management
- Act as day-to-day contact for all questions related to new hires
Offboarding/Exits
- Execute an Exit Checklist for each employee who exits LVMH Beauty; report any outstanding items to HR colleagues/senior management
- Ensure all the necessary communications are launched to facilitate the exit process
- Complete all critical documents/forms, on time and accurately
- Coordinate collection of hardware (i.e. laptop/iphone, etc) with hiring manager and/or exiting employee
- Coordinate Exit Interviews between the departing employee and their Human Resources Business Partner, as directed
- Launch Exit Survey as directed
- Act as day-to-day contact for all questions related to exiting employees
Administration
- Execute Employee Verification Letters and/or Employee Promotion/Status Change Letters
- Update HR systems (Ultipro/ADP, Talent Connect, IT requests, Workflow)
- Update Organization Charts for all brands + BPC (minimum 1X per month and as requested)
- Assist in auditing or preparing special reports
- Act as secondary point of contact for questions related to Benefits/401K to support Compensation & Benefits lead
- Support key annual initiatives; Organization Management Review (OMR) - Performance Review process (PCR/RISE) – Engagement Survey
- Complete Unemployment Insurance Claims
- Create and maintain employee files
- Assist the overall Human Resources team with day-to-day needs and ad-hoc requests
Communication
- Manage Human Resources Mailbox to ensure all inquiries are answered in 24 hours
- Coordinate with Mail Room/Office Services to ensure mail is distributed by distributing a monthly contact list for all employees/all locations
- Update HR Intouch website as directed
Secondary Responsibilities (15%)
DEI & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Liaise with External Consultants, Maison Human Resource in Europe and LVMH Inc
- Attend meetings, take notes as needed
- Special projects
Events
- Assist in executing annual summer party & holiday party across LVMH P & C brands
- Support corporate/brand events, classes or outings as needed
- At Least 2+ Years of Human Resources/Administration experience
- Strong computer skills - Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $65-79k
