Human Resource Onboarding and Admin Specialist
Reports To:
Director of Human Resources
Position Summary:
CommunityMed is seeking a HR onboarding and admin specialist to assist with areas in new employee onboarding, filing documents electronically, new-hire orientation, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of recent and relevant HR experience.
Location: Corporate Office
- 5208 Tennyson Parkway, Plano, TX, 75024 Suite #100
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: $19-22/hour

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Team and HR Director
- Responsible for coordinating pre-employment requirements for new hires. i.e.) administering background and drug screenings, and assisting new hires in completing all necessary onboarding paperwork
- Creating login credentials for new hires that they will use throughout their employment
- Responsible for preparing and hosting new employee orientation. Must be comfortable giving power point presentations to educate new employees on company policies, procedures, and ensuring they have technical assistance to properly set up their software accounts.
- Will assist with other duties as assigned such as coordinating company events, meetings, or miscellaneous projects
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of recent and relevant HR experience
- Associates or BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Must be able to work M-F 8:30am-4:30pm
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of employee and personnel data
- Prior experience with Paycor is a plus

- Must be able to work with and enter accurate information into such software as MS Word and Excel.
