Hours: M-F: 8 AM-5 PM
Pay: $70k-80k, DoE
JFC is working with a client in the Harrisburg, PA area who is looking for an HR Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who has the strategic mindset and can also handle the daily operations in human resources. This a permanent opportunity with a competitive benefit package.
Responsibilities:
- Administering benefits and onboarding
- Payroll processing
- Performance assessments
- Handling employee relations
- Hiring and recruiting
- Managing FMLA process
Qualifications:
- Strategic mindset
- 5-10+ years of HR experience
- Hands on knowledge
