POSITION OVERVIEW
The HR Generalist directly contributes to the delivery of the Company’s strategic goals by maintaining and enhancing the Company’s human resources, operating the administrative systems through strategic 3rd-party HR partner, providing internal control of policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements.

- Timely renewal of the general liability insurance and employee benefit programs

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Recruits for all open positions;
- Coordinates and collaborates with third-party HR partner – One Digital;
- Supports Function Leaders to review job descriptions, requirements and classifications for all positions, and to communicates job expectations to drive performance;
- Coordinates with third-party HR partner and all relevant teams to properly on-board the new recruits, and in support, conducts orientation and training programs and provides admin support as needed;
- Ensures competitiveness of the Company’s compensation plans through analyzing wage and salary reports and partners with external compensation consultants to update the Company’s pay structure (usually on 2-yearly basis);
- Coordinates with third-party HR partner to administer and continuously enhance the employee benefits program by assessing benefit needs and recommending improvement options to management, while ensuring all insurance policies are fully compliant with regulatory/ACA and safety standards;
- Operates the appraisal/performance review processes to drive performance, and administers the compensation and benefits in a manner that ensures performance is clearly and equitably rewarded;
- Operates the succession planning, career path and talent management processes, and works with Function Leaders and management to ensure that each employee is given the right opportunities to develop;
- Develops the Budget Plan for the human resources and administration functions;
- Explores ways to improve employee engagement and make the Company a great place to work.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. PHR/CPP/FPC certification a plus
- 2-5 years of experience with a proven track record
- Experience in office administration
