CCH Healthcare is looking for a HR/Payroll director in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our HR/Payroll. The primary responsibility of the HR/Payroll includes handling recuitment.
Required qualifications for HR/Payroll:
Must have 1 year of experience as HR and Payroll
- Organizational and attention to detail is a must
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
- Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel
- Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures
- Drive the recruitment process for all desplines.
- Must have 1 year of experience as HR and Payroll
