This is a contract position


Objective of the Position: Supports and assists the Human Resources Team in various human resources functions including, but not limited to, policy and procedure administration and enforcement, recruiting, onboarding and administrating HRIS systems.


Essential Accountabilities: The position incumbent ensures, that

  • Maintain and file both employee hard copy files and electronic HRIS files to ensure accurate data for each employee
  • Auditing of new hire and termination checklists, preparation of files, processing and preparing files after hire/termination
  • Review all I9s to ensure compliance and completion accuracy.
  • Administrative assistance with received garnishments to include scanning, organizing, distributing.
  • Other administrative projects as needed


Secondary Accountabilities: The position incumbent ensures that:

  • Conduct all business related activities for, and on the behalf of, Eberspaecher within the limits of applicable local, state, and federal legal requirements.
  • Provide support to, and compliance with, all local and corporate Eberspaecher Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and other HSE related requirements.
  • Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and follows all EETAM polices related to TS16949 and ISO 14001; looks for way to improve and promote quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirement Profile

Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:

  • Minimum one year experience in human resources preferred
  • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality
