Housing Inspector - part time Job at Davis Community Housing Authority
Duties: Working with clients, landlords and housing authority employees to schedule and perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections in Davis County in accordance with HUD guidelines. Familiarity with current HUD regulations and local building codes that relate to the Section 8 rental assistance program helpful.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of full time paid related work preferred. Must have a valid Utah driver license and be insurable. Must be comfortable with learning proprietary software to input inspection data. Experience working successfully with diverse individuals and populations with special needs. Must be prompt and dependable.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position is ideal for a retired individual or student seeking part time, flexible daytime hours. Position open until filled.
