Job Duties:

Completes all actions associated with the housekeeping duties for the apartment community by performing the following:

• Sanitizes and maintains cleanliness of office, clubroom, restrooms, laundry facilities, and other common areas
• Cleans and maintains models, vacant units, and breezeways
• Ensures trash removal, including perishables within 24 hours of move-out
• Assists coworkers and sister properties with workloads
• Informs Community Director, Assistant Community Director, and/or Maintenance Director of supply needs
• Completes ongoing industry training

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 months customer service experience
• Team player with positive attitude
• Goal oriented and solution focused
• High School or GED required
• Bilingual skills are a plus! (Spanish)
