Carillon at Belleview Station is one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, and we are looking for a conscientious and organized housekeeper to join our team. This position will be responsible for keeping both the common areas and resident’s apartments clean. You will play a critical role in the everyday lives of our amazing residents in our community. We have a full-time and part-time position available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting

• Clean carpets including vacuuming, shampooing, and deodorizing

• Removes dirt, dust, and grease from surfaces using proper cleaning and disinfecting solution

• Visits assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning

• Interacts with residents in a friendly manner, providing meaningful attention

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping preferred

• Personable and friendly with residents

• Conscientious and detail oriented

• Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

• This community will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster when eligible, upon job offer, to comply with the regulations from the Colorado Department of Public Health

Pay:

$16.40-17.25 an hour based on experience
