We are looking for a motivated houseman to support our housekeeping staff. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in a clean and beautiful condition.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Assist Housekeeping to prepare all clean linen/towels/rags and deliver to each room for Housekeeper use
- Strip assigned rooms; remove all trash, dirty linen, clear fireplace, leave sofa bed open
- Drive/Transport Housekeeping crew to other properties in company truck.
- Maintain all storages on property are stocked, organized and clean
- Maintain clean BBQ grills for guests use
- Help with basic maintenance tags when finished housekeeping duties and on Maintenance tech days off. (Opportunity to be trained in maintenance)
- Help Maintenance tech with landscaping and snow removal
- Other duties based on property priorities
- Preparar linen limpio y entregarlos en cada habitación para uso del personal de limpieza.
- Lavanderia en general y mantener el area limpia, ordenada y linen limpio y organizado.
- Retirar linen sucio de las habitaciones; sacar la basura
- Conducir/transportar al personal de limpieza a otras propiedades del area en vehiculo de la compania.
- Mantener todos los almacenes abastecidos, organizados y limpios.
- Mantener limpias las parrillas para barbacoa para uso de los huéspedes
- Ayudar con tareas basicas de mantenimiento cuando termine las tareas de limpieza y en los días libres del tecnico de mantenimiento. (Oportunidad de capacitarse en mantenimiento)
- Ayuda al técnico de mantenimiento con jardineria y remoción de nieve.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in Hospitality
- Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work holidays and weekends
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), is a huge plus but not required
- Clean driving record / Valid driving license
