SCOPE AND MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- To organize and prepare all food items for assigned cooking station.
PREREQUISITES
General:
- Must be age 18 or older.
- Must qualify for a Tribal Non gaming license.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the work place.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year in a food preparation position desirable.
Physical:
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length.
- Must have the ability to lift pots, pans and other items up to 50 pounds.
- Requires normal vision, including color acuity and depth perception, reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Must be able to perform safely and effectively in conditions of wet floors and temperature extremes.
