Luci’s Steakhouse on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta is looking for an energetic, outgoing, hospitality professional to join our front desk team.
We are offering $14 to $19 per hour based upon your experience.
What we require of you:

Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary, we are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The host is the face of our restaurant and typically the first (and last) person that our guests interact with when booking a reservation and dining at our restaurant, therefore it is of the upmost importance that you are friendly, outgoing, professional, and patient. Interpersonal “soft skills” are a must.
Host/Hostess Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guest, confirm reservations, take reservations, and manage Opentable software
- Answer phone calls and give basic information on reservations, availability, restaurant hours and services
- Assign tables to guest depending on party size, quoted wait time ,and server availability
- Escort guest to tables to table and present food and drink menus
- Answer guest questions question regarding menu items; recommend or suggest menu items
- Observe and assist in preparing unoccupied tables for guest by wiping surface top, removing debris, ensuring proper table setup, and seats/floors
- Seeking an enthusiastic candidate who has a strong passion for customer service, as well as food and beverage excellence with a keen eye for details
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
