Skysill Rooftop Lounge soars 18 stories above the city of Tempe as the Valley’s highest open-air rooftop bar. During the day, this chic venue offers a hip, relaxing daytime escape with its rooftop pool. As the sun sets over the Arizona horizon, Skysill then transitions to a luxurious lounge.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the first point of contact for our guests at Skysill Lounge
  • Answering the telephone
  • Making guest reservations when necessary
  • Greeting guests
  • Providing accurate wait times
  • Escorting customers to their tables and bar areas.

The ability to multi-task is essential for keeping the Skysill seating with status of each table, while also seating new guests upon their arrival.

For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Ultimately, you will ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant experience to every guest.

What experience do you need?

  • Must have the ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Can communicate well with guests.
  • Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.

    Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
