We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Hostess to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality for our clients. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating customers, taking reservations, managing waitlists, and providing general customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Seat customers and manage waitlists in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Provide general customer support and answer questions about the restaurant or venue
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar hospitality role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or venue environment
- Familiarity with reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
